Head chef

Starting from 11th of September, the position of Amber Room head chef has been taken by Kamil Rzechowicz our previous sous chef. Kamil got an education in British City College Southampton and Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon. He served as a chef and sous chef in prestigious British restaurants and those honored in the Michelin guide. He specializes in Polish and French cuisine.
