The Amber Room prides itself for having achieved the distinction of being regularly featured in the Michelin Guide. Indeed for the annual gala of the International Academy of Gastronomy, Amber Room was selected to host its official dinner at a Michelin star restaurant, Le Bristol Paris. This was the first time in the gala’s history where Poles hosted the event, and Amber Room fulfilled its culinary responsibility to spectacular reception and reviews. In the annually organized national culinary contest titled Wine & Food Noble Night, Amber Room has repeatedly won in all categories- best appetizer, best main course, and best dessert!
